Skinny Cranberry Punch

No Holiday menu is complete without a delicious drink recipe!  This recipe for Skinny Cranberry Punch is perfect for pairing with a big Holiday meal as it is light and packed with rich cranberry flavor.  This punch recipe is best served chilled and feel free to garnish with fresh cranberries or lemon and orange slices.  I love serving this drink in a big punch bowl as it makes a great centerpiece for the table.  This Holiday, you can have your favorite dishes and drink them, too.

Ingredients

  • 64 oz. light cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 28 oz. diet ginger-ale
  • lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make sure all liquid ingredients are well chilled.
  2. You can even freeze liquid ingredients ahead of time and remove right before making punch.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher, except for lemon slices.
  4. Stir until Splenda has dissolved.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
