So, I have done one week of brazilian butt lift. Just for the record I added this workout into my regular routine and did not substitute it. So, I am still doing my normal strength training and cardio and now brazilian butt lift.
First, I will say my butt was sore. I do think it will in the end lift my rearend and make it look rounder. Due to holiday celebrations, my diet has been off so in all fairness to my measurements, I am not going to do them until the end of the week. I don’t want to have a scewed increase or decrease (ha ha ha). I do sweat during the workout and today was the day to do the sculpt dvd and it worked pretty much every part of my body. So far here is my take…I like the workout, the guy who instructs it is a bit annoying but sometimes I just mute him, I would like to see more ladies in the dvd with cellulite somewhere…back of legs, butt, just a little jiggle…everyone in the dvd has the tightest butts I have ever seen. But all in all; it is a workout.
