Skinny Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Who doesn’t need a chocolate fix every now and again?  Now you can get yours with our yummy and healthy chocolate muffin recipe.  This recipe is super easy as it only calls for two ingredients and bakes up in 20 minutes.

Skinny Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 12 cupcakes

Skinny Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • • 1 Box Reduced Sugar Devil’s Food Cake Mix, (we love the Pillsbury Brand)
  • • 1 15oz. can of pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. 2. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with non-stick spray or line with muffin liners.
  3. 3. Pour entire contents of cake mix and pumpkin into a large bowl. Add water and stir until smooth. The mixture will be very thick but just keep stirring until smooth.
  4. 4. Transfer mixture into muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

    I make these ALL the time! They are delicious! The only difference is that I do not add any water. A little hard to stir, but definately worth it!

    Can you make these with Betty Crockers gluten free cake mix? Do you know if you would make this recipe the same way?
